  1. Other key operations:
  2.     ->          Right-arrow  Move one character right
  3.    ^->  Control/Right-arrow  Move one word right
  4.     <-           Left-arrow  Move one character left
  5.    ^<-  Control/ Left-arrow  Move one word left
  6.   up->             Up-arrow  Move one line up
  7.   dn->           Down-arrow  Move one line down
  8.   HOME             Home key  Move to start of entry field
  9.    END              End key  Move to end of data in entry field
  10.    INS           Insert key  Turn on/off insert mode (Cursor = _ or █)
  11.    DEL           Delete key  Delete character at cursor
  12.     BS        Backspace key  Delete character prior to cursor
  13.  ENTER            Enter key  Accept field contents as displayed
  14.  
  15. Notes:    The Up-arrow key has the same effect as F3 in this program.
  16.           The Down-arrow key has the same effect as the ENTER key
  17.                in this program.
  18.           The ENTER key may be used at any point within the field
  19.            and will accept the entire field contents as shown.
  20.           The program defaults to insert mode (cursor = _) at the
  21.            start of each entry field.
